ein Projektmanager, der das Verständnis hat, dass eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung (Ergebnis, Zeit und Qualität) seine Mission ist und der es liebt, Aufgaben zu koordinieren und zu delegieren sowie als Bindeglied zwischen Auftraggeber und Projektteam zu fungieren.
Deine Aufgaben sind herausfordernd und begeistern, wenn es Dir gefällt, für unsere Kunden technische Lösungen im agilen Projektumfeld, umzusetzen und in die Kundenumgebung zu integrieren. Gerade in Bezug auf die Integration in eine Kundenumgebung ist Dir bewusst, dass ein Projekt erst dann erfolgreich ist, wenn die Änderungen auch von der Kundenorganisation gelebt wird und somit vom Projekt begleitet werden muss.

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Leitung von anspruchsvollen Projekten bei digitalen Transitions- und Transformationsvorhaben (SaaS Einführungen, IT-Outsourcing und Cloud-Migrationen) unserer Kunden, oft mit technischem Schwerpunkt, und führst dabei ein interdisziplinäres Team von Spezialisten.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Koordination des (Gesamt-)Projektes mit den Teilprojektleitern und den Delivery Einheiten
Du bist vertraut mit der Durchführung und „Orchestrierung“ der Projekte nach anerkannten und marktüblichen Projektstandards
Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle im Kommunikationsmanagement in Bezug auf Kunde, Stakeholder (sowohl intern als auch extern) und Projekt-Team.
Du bist die Vertretung der Projekte auf C-Level im Lenkungsausschuss
Du beteiligst Dich begeistert an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsportfolios insbesondere im Bereich Projektmanagement
Du übernimmst die Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings.
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist bereit auch bei den Kunden vor Ort aktiv zu sein

Dein Profil

Du bewegst Dich sicher im IT-, Prozess, Change-, Release- und Stakeholder Management und in der Organisationsentwicklung.
Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Finanzdienstleistung, Versicherung oder Behörden sind wünschenswert.
Die Umsetzung von SaaS Projekten (Sales Force, ServiceNow) ist Dir vertraut
Du kennst große Rechenzentren und komplexe Infrastrukturen
Du überzeugst durch Deine charismatische, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, Deine empathische, konstruktive und lösungsorientierte Art und bist damit ein kompetenter Ansprech- und Sparringspartner.
Du verstehst es, Dein Team (On-/Offshore) mit Leidenschaft zu motivieren.
Du begeisterst uns durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Deinem kreativen Potenzial.
Du schaust über den Tellerrand hinaus und erkennst im Kundenumfeld Chance für weitere Projekte

Deine Ausbildung & Erfahrung

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw.
Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare fundierte Ausbildung
Mehrjährige sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung als verantwortlicher Projektmanager
Von Vorteil ist fundiertes Methodenwissen wie ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM, das Du idealerweise auch schon zertifizieren konntest.
Erfahrungen mit der Bereitstellung und dem Customizing von SaaS Produkten wie Sales Force oder ServiceNow, sowie mit Microsoft Office Produkten sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.
Gelassenheit in schwierigeren Projektsituationen und ein gutes Maß an Selbstsicherheit sind uns sehr willkommen.
Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

You are...

a project manager who understands that successful project realisation (result, time and quality) is their mission and who loves to coordinate and delegate tasks and act as a link between the client and the project team.
Your tasks will be challenging and inspiring if you enjoy implementing technical solutions for our customers in an agile project environment and integrating them into the customer environment. Especially with regard to integration into a customer environment, you are aware that a project is only successful if the changes are also lived by the customer organisation and must therefore be accompanied by the project.

Your mission

You will take on the management of challenging projects in digital transition and transformation projects (SaaS introductions, IT outsourcing and cloud migrations) for our customers, often with a technical focus, and lead an interdisciplinary team of specialists.
You are responsible for planning and coordinating the (overall) project with the sub-project managers and the delivery units
You are familiar with the implementation and "orchestration" of projects according to recognised and customary project standards
You are the central interface in communication management in relation to the customer, stakeholders (both internal and external) and the project team.
You represent the projects at C-level in the steering committee
You are enthusiastically involved in the further development of our service portfolio, especially in the area of project management
You are responsible for the conception and realisation of workshops and trainings.
You enjoy working in a team and are willing to be active on site at the customer's premises

Your profile

You are confident in IT, process, change, release and stakeholder management and in organisational development.
Industry knowledge in the financial services, insurance or government sectors is desirable.
You are familiar with the implementation of SaaS projects (Sales Force, ServiceNow)
You are familiar with large data centres and complex infrastructures
You impress with your charismatic, communicative personality, your empathic, constructive and solution-orientated manner and are therefore a competent contact and sparring partner.
You know how to motivate your team (onshore/offshore) with passion.
You inspire us with your high level of initiative, your structured way of working and your creative potential.
You think outside the box and recognise opportunities for further projects in the customer environment
You are assertive, a strong team player, think and act in an overarching, task- and process-orientated way and have analytical thinking skills

Your education & experience

Successfully completed technical studies in computer science, business informatics or
Economics or a comparable sound education
Several years of relevant professional experience as a responsible project manager
Sound methodological knowledge such as ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM is an advantage, which you have ideally already been able to certify.
Experience with the provision and customising of SaaS products such as Sales Force or ServiceNow, as well as with Microsoft Office products is also an advantage.
Composure in difficult project situations and a good level of self-confidence are very welcome.
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
